This morning I grabbed a pair of jeans out of my drawer. I haven't worn them since September and the last time I had them on I had to lay down on my bed to zipper them. I put them on and zipped them right up!
Tonight I put on a pair of PJ bottoms that just never fit me quite right. They were especially tight in the thigh area...even after I had lost weight at PPA last year. But tonight, they are comfortable.
I'm definitely losing in my belly and my thighs. It is SO rewarding to already--not even a full two weeks on the program--begin to notice a difference.
I'm glad for this amazing outward reward today, because I've been hungry today. REALLY, get-out-of-my-way hungry. Still, I served my family their snacks and their food without even licking my fingers. I can't go back. I just can't.
So proud of you, that you're sticking to your plan, even on the "get-out-of-my-way hungry" days. Especially on those days. You're doing it! You're doing what you need to do to get thin and STAY there.
